Patient Billing & Payment

At Hadar Dental, we are committed to providing high-quality dental care at a fair and reasonable cost. We want to make understanding your dental expenses as simple and transparent as possible.

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment for services is due at the time treatment is provided, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We also offer convenient financing options that may allow you to spread the cost of your dental care over time. Our team is happy to discuss available options and help you find an arrangement that works for you.

Dental Insurance

We are happy to work with patients who have dental insurance and will do our best to help you understand your estimated benefits. However, dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company, and coverage varies significantly from plan to plan.

Insurance typically does not cover the full cost of dental treatment. Based on the information available from your insurance plan, we can provide an estimate of your expected patient portion whenever possible.

Your estimated co-payment, deductible, or other patient responsibility is due at the time of service.

Please keep in mind that insurance estimates are not guarantees of payment. If your insurance company does not pay a claim, pays less than estimated, or does not process the claim within 60 days of submission, the remaining balance becomes the patient’s responsibility.

Your Responsibility

Regardless of insurance coverage, the patient is ultimately responsible for all fees associated with treatment provided by our office.

We encourage you to contact our team with any questions about your treatment costs or insurance benefits before beginning treatment. Our goal is to help you understand your financial responsibility and avoid unexpected expenses whenever possible.
